With a passion for real estate investing, he has successfully acquired, owned, developed, managed, brokered, and sold over $250M of real estate and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
While not hard at work, Sylvester enjoys spending time with his wife and family, soaking up some sunshine on any of the many pristine beaches in his home state of Florida.
