Kwame graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BS in Electrical Engineering, and after a successful career in the technology industry, he ventured into the world of entrepreneurship and real estate investments.
Having gained valuable experience in managing large-scale projects during his tenure at Lexmark International, Kwame teamed up with his college mate and co-founded Medigreen, a thriving Medical Waste Management company. Over the years, the business became a success story with a strong presence across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama until eventually being acquired. This experience allowed him to expand his leadership skills further and gain exposure to deal analysis and acquisitions.
With a passion for strategic investments and a keen eye for market opportunities, Kwame shifted his focus towards multifamily real estate, leveraging his diverse background in engineering, business management, and acquisitions to identify promising investment opportunities, analyze market trends, and create substantial value in the real estate industry for his partners and investors.
In his leisure time, Kwame serves as an advisory board member for Flora Dental and enjoys exercising and spending time with his two daughters.
